1 Bowl – Vegan and Gluten-Free Banana Bread

This morning, I decided to make this 1 Bowl Oatmeal & Almond Flour Vegan and Gluten Free Banana Bread! It rings up to only 200 calories a slice which means you can enjoy a thick moist slice of heaven without breaking your diet bank!

Imagine if oatmeal and banana bread made a baby! This loaf is SO MOIST, SO DENSE, and so ridiculously SATISFYING! The almond flour & oats make it so filling. Give this a recipe a try this morning. Take a slice of it to work with you each weekday morning. It’s going to knock your socks off!

Vegan and Gluten Free Banana Bread Recipe:

Mix the wet ingredients-
3 mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 flax egg
1/4 cup melted vegan butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Then add
1 cup almond flour
1 cup oat flour
2 cups gf quick oats

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flours and oats into the wet mixture and mix into a thick batter. Bake for 1 hour & 10 min! Makes 12 thick and moist slices!

This recipe is going to be your new favorite banana bread recipe! If there are leftovers, it can be stored for 2-3 days at room temperate! Only 200 calories a slice makes it a great grab and go breakfast each morning!
