1 BOWL : Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal – Vegan + GF & less than 300 Calories!!

This chocolate chip and peanut butter oatmeal is going to be your new favorite recipe. It’s SO SIMPLE that ANYONE can do it! Your house is going to smell amazing and your belly will be full after just one serving of this delicious breakfast (dessert) dish.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal Recipe:

In 1 bowl, mix the following
1/2 cup melted Peanut Butter
1 flax egg
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
Once mixed, then add 2 cups quick oats
Finally, fold in 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350, pour batter into a greased 9×11 casserole dish, bake for 35 minutes.
