5 Ingredient Vegan Banana Cream Pie

5 Ingredient + 10 Minute : VEGAN BANANA CREAM PIE Mason Jars with Graham Cracker Pie Crust

What are you having for dessert today? One of my rules in life… I always eat dessert. Seriously… I always save room in my diet for a sweet treat every day. Another one of my rules… nothing TOO sweet. I try to minimize the amount of sugar I have throughout the day. It’s hard because I have a major sweet tooth! That’s why this recipe is so great. It’s easy to throw together after dinner, it’s a lower sugar option for dessert, it’s dairy free, and you can have a few bites and put it back in the fridge to enjoy tomorrow!

Vegan Banana Cream Pie Recipe:

Ingredients per Mason Jar
1 large ripe banana or 2 medium ripe bananas – sliced
1/2 cup coconut whipped cream
4 graham crackers
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1 tbsp sugar ( any kind- I use coconut)

Finely crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag. Then, pour into a bowl and mix with melted vegan butter and sugar. Once mixed, drop 1 tbsp of the graham cracker mixture into the jar, then top with 2 tbsp of coconut whipped cream, then 1/4 of your sliced bananas. Repeat 3 times. Refrigerate and enjoy!

You don’t have to use a mason jar for this recipe. You can simply put these ingredients in a bowl! I usually get 2 servings per mason jar so you can cut the recipe in half if needed!
