5 Ingredient Vegan Gluten Free Waffles

Is there any better breakfast dish than a waffle? Hot from the griddle, fluffy, buttery, and so delicious! These Vegan and Gluten Free Waffles are absolutely divine! They are so simple to throw together in the morning, use only 5 ingredients, and can be whipped up in 15 minutes! This recipe uses 1 bowl and each waffle is only about 100 calories! You’re probably thinking it’s too good to be true. It’s not! Try it for yourself. You won’t regret it!

Vegan and Gluten Free Waffle Recipe:

1 mashed ripe banana
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted vegan butter
1 cup oat flour

Recommended Batter Add Ins
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
A dash of cinnamon

In one bowl, mix melted vegan butter, ripe mashed banana, almond milk, and baking powder. Stir in recommended add ins (vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon). Finally, mix in oat flour. Heat a waffle iron or griddle to high, pour in about 1/4 a cup of batter per waffle. Cook 4-5 minutes until waffles are golden.

This recipe makes about 8 fluffy waffles!
