Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins


1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup (sub 1 tsp stevia for lower calories)
2 tbsp melted vegan butter or coconut oil
1 cup frozen blueberries

Mix maple syrup, vegan butter, vanilla, almond milk, and baking powder in 1 bowl. Stir in oat flour and quick oats. Finally, fold in blueberries. Pour batter into 6 lined muffin tins, bake on 375 for 25 min, enjoy now or store in the fridge to grab on a busy morning!
