Peanut Butter Powder is great for smoothies, baking, sauces, and even mixed with water and enjoyed in place of peanut butter! Two tablespoons are only 60 calories!

I use Quick Oats in baked oats, muffins, cookies, and more! I enjoy them as overnight oats or make a bowl of oatmeal when I’m in a pinch for a healthy and filling meal or snack!

Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) are a staple in my diet! They can be made into hummus, crisped up in the oven, or on the stove. Packed with protein and filling fiber!

Whether making delicious Black Bean soup, a burrito bowl, or a black bean casserole, you can never go wrong with having a few cans of these in your pantry!

Ancient Harvest’s Gluten Free Pastas are the answer to all of your problems. I always keep a few boxes of pasta and bags of their quinoa in my pantry for a healthy quick meal!

Almond Milk is a staple in my diet! Whether I’m enjoying it in an iced coffee or using it as an ingredient in baked oatmeal, it’s always the perfect swap for regular milk/cream!

Vegan Butter seems to show up in almost all of my recipes! Why? Because it’s delicious! I love Earth Balance because you can find it at almost any grocery store and it melts and spreads so well!

Coconut Milk is great when you need something heavy and creamy in your recipe. It’s loaded with healthy fats that will satisfy you, give you the rich texture and flavor you crave,  and taste amazing!

Vegan Cream Cheese isn’t a part of my every day. I keep it on hand to make vegan cream cheese icing for lemon cake, cinnamon rolls, and other treats! It also tastes great on bagels and toast!
