These vegan waffles are perfect for the holidays! They're sweetened with molasses or maple syrup and spiced with Christmas spices like cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. They're fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside, and absolutely delicious!

Mix the almond milk, maple syrup or molasses, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg together. Then, add the flour and mix.
Heat a waffle iron to medium heat, spray with nonstick spray, and spoon in about 2-3 tablespoons of batter per waffle. Cook until golden & enjoy!

Posted on: November 21, 2020I was looking for a gingerbread waffle recipe that doesn’t have a ton of sugar and oil, and found this one. It’s very good! The batter looked a little thin to me, so I added a tablespoon of a ground flax/chia mix, and I also added 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Very yummy! Thanks for the recipe.
