In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, melted vegan butter, vegan sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

Add the scallions and mix. Then, add the all purpose flour and mix until a thick batter forms.

Fold in the Vegan cheddar cheese And pour the batter into 12 silicon donut molds or lined muffin cups.

Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy warm.
