To prepare the Gluten-Free Pizza Crust using King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread & Pizza Crust Baking Mix, preheat the oven to 400.

Place the vegan and gluten-free pizza dough onto a floured surface and roll it into a 1/3 inch thick slab. Transfer the dough onto a pizza baking sheet and bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven, brush the edges with olive oil or melted vegan butter, and return to the oven. Broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
