Anyone else love the munchkins at Dunkin Donuts? These vegan donut holes are every bit as delicious but for a fraction of the calories! They're baked, not fried, and super easy! You need 8 ingredients and less than 30 minutes to bake up a fluffy, moist, and super delicious batch of these vegan powdered sugar donuts! This is a family-friendly and kid-friendly vegan breakfast or dessert that everyone will love!

Preheat the oven to 350

In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, sugar, melted vegan butter, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Then, mix in the flour, be careful not to over mix the batter.

Spoon the batter into 60 mini donut hole or cake pop molds. I prefer silicon. If you don't have a donut hole mold, you can use mini muffin molds. This recipe makes 12 full sized donuts or muffins too.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the donut holes are golden on top. Allow to cool and then toss in powdered sugar.
