It takes about 25 minutes to prepare, it’s much less expensive than takeout, and it’s FINGER LICKING GOOD! This beef and broccoli dish is vegan, GF, and only 400 calories per serving! TRIPLE SCORE!

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil to medium. Add broccoli and beef tips, cover for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

While cooking, mix together soy sauce/coconut aminos, maple syrup, and corn starch.

After 10 minutes, uncover the beef and broccoli and pour in the soy sauce and maple syrup mixture. It will start to bubble. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then remove from heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 servings and serve each serving over a bed of about 1 cup of rice, cauliflower rice, or by itself! Top with green onions and sesame seeds!
