These vegan powdered sugar donuts are fluffy, moist, and perfectly soft! They are baked, not fried, making them a lighter choice that tastes just as delicious as your bakery favorite! This is a reduced sugar version of my classic powdered sugar donuts but it tastes every bit as indulgent, tender, and sweet! Serve these to family and friends and they won't believe they're vegan!

Preheat the oven to 350
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, melted vegan butter, sugar, stevia (or additional sugar), baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Then, mix in the all purpose flour until combined, be careful not to over mix.
Using a spoon, spoon the batter into 12-14 greased silicon donut molds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the donuts are golden. Remove from the oven, remove from the donut molds, and allow to cool. Toss the donuts in powdered sugar and enjoy!

Posted on: November 4, 2020Very possible! Try not to over work the flour or it can turn out tough.

Posted on: November 4, 2020Do you mean 4 tsp of pure 100% stevia or 4 tsp of a stevia baking blend (stevia & erythritol)?
Thank you!

Posted on: November 4, 2020Can I substitute the milk for water if I don’t have any and vegan butter for coconut oil?
Jillian Glenn
Posted on: November 4, 2020You would need some form of non-dairy milk to interact with the baking powder in the recipe. Coconut oil works as a swap for the vegan butter.

Posted on: November 4, 2020Can I make munchkins out of these if I do not have the donut baking dish? Or place them on a baking dish and make a hole in the middle of it? Definitely want to try this recipe!
