Vegan or not, you and your family will obsess over these vegan cinnamon rolls! Fluffy and golden dough, buttery, surgary, cinnamon folling, and vegan cream cheese icing. This is a mouth-watering and yeast free spin on my classic vegan cinnamon rolls recipe! This is an easy vegan recipe that your whole family will love.

Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond milk, melted butter, and maple syrup. Then, add the baking-powder and mix. Finally, mix in the flour adding more if the dough is too wet or sticky. Don't over mix the dough. It should be soft and fluffy but hold its form easily.

Form the dough into a mound and lay onto a floured surface. Add more flour as needed as you roll the dough into a 1/2 inch sheet. Spread the softened vegan butter, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon, and roll the sheet into a log.

Slice the log into about 8 pinwheels and place into the cinnamon roll dish. Bake for 35 minutes in the oven until the cinnamon rolls are golden.

While baking, use an electric hand mixer to mix the vegan cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool for a few minutes before spreading the frosting on top. Enjoy!
