On the stovetop, bring a medium skillet with olive oil to medium heat. Once the oil is warmed, add onion and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the veggies are very lightly browned.

While the veggies are cooking, quickly whisk together the teriyaki sauce ingredients. Add the entire package of Ancient Harvest Quinoa with Chickpeas & Garlic along with the teriyaki sauce. Fry in the pan for another 3-5 minutes until the chickpeas are golden. Serve immediately!
