Vegan Brownie Batter
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Preheat the oven to 375

Begin by preparing the brownie batter. Mix the melted vegan butter, non dairy milk, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and cocoa powder together. Once the mixture is smooth, add the flour and mix. Fold in the chocolate chips. Set aside

Next, make the chocolate chip cookie dough. Mix the flax seed meal and warm water together in a small bowl. Set aside for 2 minutes. Then, mix it with the sugar, melted vegan butter, salt, vanilla, and baking power. Mix in the flour until a thick cookie dough is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Using a large spoon, scoop one scoop of the brownie batter into a greased 9x11 casserole dish. Then, scoop one scoop of cookie dough. Repeat until all of the brownie batter and cookie dough is in the dish. Use a silicone spatula to press it down and make sure it's even across the top.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the cookie dough is golden and the brownies are crisp around the edges. Allow the dish to cool completely before slicing and serving.
