These fluffy vegan donuts melt in your mouth! They're healthier than a traditional donut because they're baked and not fried! They are a low-cal vegan treat that everyone will go "do-nuts" over! They're soft, tender, and super moist! When you top these tasty vegan donuts with delicious homemade vegan icing, you will feel like you're enjoying a bakery classic but for a fraction of the calories!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the melted vegan butter, almond milk, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and sugar. Mix in the flour until just combined.
Pour batter into 14-16 greased donut molds and bake for 20-25 minutes.
While the donuts are baking, mix frosting using a hand mixer.
When donuts are done baking, remove them from the molds immediately and allow them to cool before frosting.

Posted on: May 19, 2020You made me get a doughnut mold! haha I was excited to try and they did not disappoint.
I have baked these twice and I am looking forward to the third time, however I might just try the chocolate version. Thank you for putting together this simple recipe and sharing it.
