These vegan brownies are ooey, gooey, and super chocolatey! They're super moist, loaded with vegan chocolate chips, and are the perfect vegan dessert for every chocolate lover!
Are you a boxed brownie lover? These vegan brownies truly better than the box and just as easy. They’re ooey, gooey, and super chocolatey! They’re super moist, loaded with vegan chocolate chips, and are the perfect vegan dessert for every chocolate lover. My favorite part about these vegan brownies is that you only need one bowl and about 30 minutes to make them. Every time I serve these, everyone loves them, and no one believes me when I say they’re vegan!
Here are some tips:
You can easily make these vegan brownies into gluten free brownies by swapping out the regular all purpose flour for gluten free all purpose flour
I like to bake my vegan gluten free brownies in a ceramic casserole dish because it makes them perfectly crisp around the edges and soft and gooey in the center.

I can’t compliment these brownies enough. I’ve been baking gluten free (celiac) for 10 years and never tasted brownies this good, even those made with dairy. These are exceptional and my non-celiac family loved them, too. Thank you, Jillian.
I don’t understand this: “For best results, please don’t substitute for almond flour, coconut flour, baking flour (such as Bob’s Red 1-1 baking flour)”, Can’t use Bob’s Red 1-1 baking flour????
Hi Sayuri, that is correct. As the recipe calls for regular or gluten-free all purpose flour. Bob’s Red 1-1 Baking Flour would not work in this recipe. Hope this helps!!
Hi Julie, I’ve used coconut sugar and monk fruit sweetener in these and both turn out great. Coconut sugar is a 1:1 swap while monk fruit sweetener might only need about half the amount.

Posted on: February 20, 2021Can you use LAKANTO sweetener in place of
sugar?
Jillian
Posted on: February 20, 2021Hi there, yes I think so – but you might want to cut back on the measurement as monk fruit sweetener has a stronger sweet flavor than sugar.
