Preheat oven to 375

In a large mixing bowl, use a fork to mash 2 overripe bananas. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Mix in cocoa powder, then mix in oats. Finally, fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased 9x11 casserole dish and bake for about about 25-30 minutes until the oats are fluffy.

If using, melt the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and drizzle it over the top of the baked oats.
