These vegan strawberry donuts are absolutely mouth watering! They're super fluffy, cakey, and perfectly moist! They're loaded with strawberries and glazed mouth watering vegan cream cheese icing. This is lighter take on a delicious bakery favorite that everyone will love!

Preheat Oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, mix almond milk, sugar (or sugar and stevia), melted vegan butter, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, mix in the flour until just combined. Finally, fold in the strawberries and pour the batter into 16 silicon donut molds sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the donuts are golden.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. While baking, use an electric hand mixer to mix the powdered sugar, vegan cream cheese, and melted vegan butter together. If the frosting is too thick, you may add 1-2 tbsp almond milk or melt it in the microwave before using it to glaze the donuts.
