Creamy Coconut Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon purecane or regular cane sugar
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • peanut butter for drizzling

Creamy Coconut Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

  • Blend the coconut milk, bananas, purecane or cane sugar, and peanut butter powder together. Serve immediately. If you find that the nice cream isn't thick enough, feel free to set it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it thicker.
  • Option to drizzle with peanut butter before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. It will keep fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. Before enjoying from frozen, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes to soften up a bit.
