Creamy Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream is a healthy take on traditional ice cream made with just 4 ingredients right in your blender! This recipe is naturally dairy free, gluten free and completely vegan. Add any favorite toppings for a delicious dessert or snack!
Blend the coconut milk, bananas, purecane or cane sugar, and peanut butter powder together. Serve immediately. If you find that the nice cream isn't thick enough, feel free to set it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it thicker.
Option to drizzle with peanut butter before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. It will keep fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months. Before enjoying from frozen, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes to soften up a bit.
