Ingredients
  

Vegan S'mores Fried Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

  • 2 slices of regular, vegan, or gluten free bread
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolates
  • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • ½ sliced overripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon vegan marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut spread optional

Instructions
 

Vegan S'mores Fried Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

  • Spread the peanut butter onto one slice of bread. Top with banana slices, vegan marshmallows, and chocolate chips. To really take this sandwich to the next level, spread hazelnut spread onto the other slice of bread. Put the two slices together to create the sandwich.
  • Bring a skillet with vegan butter to medium heat, once the butter sizzles, place the sandwich in the pan. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
