These vegan donuts are absolutely delicious! They're golden on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. These delicious vegan donuts are frosted with vegan cream cheese icing and topped with tasty vegan sprinkles! This is a yummy vegan donut that everyone will love!

Ingredients
  

Vanilla Vegan Donuts

  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon softened vegan butter
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon vegan sprinkles

Instructions
 

Vanilla Vegan Donuts with Vegan Cream Cheese Icing

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, sugar, melted vegan butter, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla. Then, mix in the flour just until combined. Don't over mix. Pour the batter into 14-16 greased silicone donut molds and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • While the donuts are baking, use a whisk or electric hand mixer to mix the powdered sugar, softened vegan butter, and vegan cream cheese to make the frosting. Allow the donuts to cool for 5-10 minutes before icing them. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
