Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup lettuce
  • 1 cup canned black beans

Guacamole

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Agave and Lime Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mash avocado, mix with onion, tomatoes, seasonings, and lime juice. Serve half of the mixture over 2 cups of lettuce and ½ cup of black beans.
