Ingredients

Homemade Barbecue Potato Chips

  • 3-4 small russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Homemade Barbecue Potato Chips

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 400
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the olive oil, sugar, and spices. Set aside. Slice the potatoes as thin as you can get them and then toss them into the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a foil lined baking sheet or wire rack. If air frying, evenly distribute them into the bottom of the air fryer. Bake or air fry for 15 minutes, remove from the oven or air fryer and toss. Return to the oven of air fryer and continue to bake for 20 more minutes or air fry for 10 more minutes - or until desired crispness.
