1 ¼cupalmond or oat milkregular milk will also work if you're not vegan
6tablespoonmelted vegan butterregular butter will also work if you're not vegan

1 ½teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupregular or gluten free all purpose flourIf gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

1teaspooncinnamon

Preheat Oven to 375
In a large mixing bowl, mix the oat or almond milk, melted plant butter, sugar (or sugar and stevia), baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla. Then, mix in the all-purpose flour until a batter forms.
Pour the batter into 12-14 greased donut molds or lined muffin cups. Bake for about 25 minutes until the donuts have risen and lightly golden.
While the donuts are baking, prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing the cinnamon and sugar together in a shallow bowl.
Once donuts are done and have cooled for 5 minutes, brush with melted plant butter and then toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
