5-Minute Savory Single Serve Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 pat of vegan butter
  • ¼ cup canned black beans
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cup diced avocado
  • everything bagel seasoning
  • vegan cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a single serving bowl, mix the quick oats with 1 cup of hot water and steep for 2 minutes by covering the bowl and letting it sit until the oats absorb all of the water.
  • Once the oats have absorbed the water, stir in a pat of vegan butter. Top the oats with the black beans, sliced avocado, tomatoes, and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top. Enjoy immediately with a little vegan cream cheese on top.
