These are the perfect vegan donuts to bake for a celebration! These baked and glazed sprinkle donuts are fluffy, soft, and super delicious!

Ingredients
  

30-Minute Funfetti Vegan Donuts

  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cup all purpose flour or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.
  • 3 tablespoon vegan rainbow sprinkles

Vegan Donut Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened oat or almond milk

Instructions
 

30-Minute Funfetti Vegan Donuts

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond or oat milk, sugar, melted vegan butter, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, mix in the flour just until combined, don't over mix! Fold in the sprinkles and spoon the batter into 12-14 greased silicone donut molds - about ⅔ to ¾ the way full. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • While the donuts are baking, use a whisk to whisk together the powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and almond milk. Glaze the donuts when they are fresh from the oven and enjoy!
