Ingredients
  

Healthy Banana Bread

  • 3 mashed overripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon flax seed meal mixed with 4 tablespoon hot water
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup quick oats

Instructions
 

Healthy Banana Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • Mix together the bananas, vanilla, flax egg, butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Then, mix in the almond flour, oat flour, and quick oats until completely combined.
  • Pour the batter into a 9x5 greased metal loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
