Healthy Banana Bread
- 3 mashed overripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
- 2 tablespoon flax seed meal mixed with 4 tablespoon hot water
- ¼ cup melted vegan butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup quick oats
Healthy Banana Bread
Preheat the oven to 350
Mix together the bananas, vanilla, flax egg, butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Then, mix in the almond flour, oat flour, and quick oats until completely combined.
Pour the batter into a 9x5 greased metal loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
