These are the best homemade blueberry donuts ever and they literally melt in your mouth! They're cakey, super moist, and glazed to prefection. These donuts are better for you because they're baked (not fried) and I've included a reduced sugar swap. They can also be made gluten free (optional), and you only need 9 simple ingredients and 30 minutes. This blueberry donut recipe is a staple in my home and a favorite amongst my family and friends! Everyone always loves them and no one believes they're vegan!
