Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup greens
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ½ cup walnuts

Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Using a whisk, mix together olive oil, agave, poppyseeds, lemon juice, and vinegar. Serve half of the mixture over 2 cups of lettuce, 2 tablespoon of sliced onions, and 2 tablespoon of walnuts.
