No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cereal Bars

Four ingredients come together to make one of my most delicious and simple recipes. These chocolate peanut butter cereal bars are made in minutes. No baking needed! Everyone in your home will love them and no one will guess they're vegan and gluten-free!

  • rectangular baking dish or loaf pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

  • 4 cups plain gluten-free cereal O's or any of your other favorite vegan or gluten-free cereal ensure they are gluten-free if needed
  • 4 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups melted vegan chocolate chips
  • vegan sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

  • Add the cereal, brown sugar or maple syrup, and peanut butter to a mixing bowl. Mix until completely combined.
  • Line the baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper and then transfer the peanut butter coated cereal into the baking dish. Use a spatula to press the cereal into the dish.
  • Drizzle the melted vegan chocolate chips on top and then sprinkle sprinkles on top (if using). Refrigerate for one hour.
  • After one hour, remove the dish from the fridge and use a knife to either cut into bars or break apart into what I call "Cheerios Bark".
