  • 1 cup frozen cherries use up to 2 cups
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds optional, adds fiber and protein
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Add 1-2 cups of frozen cherries, maple syrup (if using), almond butter, chia seeds (if using), protein powder, almond milk, oats, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
