These vegan oreo brownies are ooey, gooey, and super chocolatey! They're super moist, loaded with vegan chocolate chips, gluten-free oreo cookies, and are the perfect dessert for every chocolate lover!
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease your baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, almond milk, and baking powder. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until a brownie batter forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer the brownie batter into the baking pan and then sprinkle the crushed oreo cookies on top. Cover the dish with foil and then bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for 5 more minutes. Then, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
