How To Make Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

  • Begin by adding the oats, plant-based milk, and water to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the oats are completely cooked and creamy.
  • Remove the pot from the heat. Add the mashed overripe banana, flax seed meal, and peanut butter powder and mix until creamy. Transfer the oats into a serving bowl and top with banana slices, jelly, berries, and drizzle with creamy peanut butter. Serve warm.
  • Option to add additional sweetness to your oats by drizzling the top with maple syrup. You can also add some granola on top for an added crunchy texture!
