Ingredients
  

One-Dish Baked Oatmeal

  • 1 cup oat or almond milk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon melted vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen berries of your choice

One-Dish Baked Oatmeal

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Mash 2 overripe bananas in a 9x11 casserole dish. Then, top with oats, chia seeds, and oat milk. Option to add maple syrup, melted vegan butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix and then sprinkle the berries over top of the oatmeal mixture. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the oats are lightly golden. Enjoy alone, drizzled with nut butter, or vegan non dairy yogurt.
