It starts with 2 whole ripe creamy mashed avocados that are loaded with flavor and seasoned to perfection. No cilantro necessary but if you want to add some - feel free to! This is a super easy recipe and you can whip it up in under 5 minutes. You only need 7 simple ingredients and one big bowl! Serve this guac with your favorite tortilla chips (I used grain free tortilla chips from Siete Foods)
Begin by slicing the avocados in half, peeling, and removing the pitt. Place the avocados into a bowl. Drizzle with the lime juice and use a fork to mash the avocado and lime juice together.
Then, fold in your sliced onion and tomato. Mix in the cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Option to add cilantro and jalapeño. Serve fresh with your favorite tortilla chips!
