One Bowl Vegan Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, any non dairy milk or creamer, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder. Then whisk in the cocoa powder until completely combined. Add the flour and whisk until combined. Then, fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into your baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
