  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoon melted vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour If gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

How To Make Easy Pumpkin Waffles

  • Mix the almond milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla together. Then, mix in the flour until a batter forms.
  • Heat the waffle iron to medium heat and spoon on about 3 tablespoon of batter per waffle. Cook until golden on each side and serve immediately.
