Slice 4 raw sweet potatoes into ¼ inch thick fries. Toss them in the olive oil and spread them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, toss them and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes (or until desired crispness)
