¼cupregular or gluten free all purpose flourIf gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Begin by dicing the apples and then tossing them in a bowl with the cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener or sugar. Pour the apples into a greased 9x11 baking dish and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the oats, melted vegan butter, sugar or monk fruit sweetener, cinnamon, and flour together until a crumble forms. Option to add vanilla.
Pour the crumble evenly over the apples. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Enjoy warm!
