2cupregular or gluten free all purpose flourIf gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

Vegan Chocolate Frosting
1 ½cuppowdered sugar
2tablespooncocoa powder
2tablespoonunsweetened oat or almond milk
1tablespoonsoftened vegan butter
1teaspoonvanilla
Vegan Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting
1cuppowdered sugar
2tablespoonunsweetened oat or almond milk
1tablespoonsoftened vegan butter
1teaspoonvanilla
Vegan Donut Glaze
¾cuppowdered sugar
2tablespoonunsweetened oat or almond milk
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, hand mix the almond or oat milk, melted vegan butter, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Then, whisk in cocoa powder until the mixture is smooth. Mix in the flour until smooth, be careful not to over-mix or the vegan donuts will become dense.
Spoon the vegan chocolate donut batter into 14-16 silicon donut molds sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 25 minutes.
While donuts are baking, prepare your frosting by mixing the vegan chocolate buttercream frosting, vanilla buttercream icing, or the vegan donut glaze ingredients with an electric hand mixer.
Remove the donuts from the molds and allow them to cool before frosting and topping with your favorite sprinkles.
