1 ½cupregular or gluten free all purpose flour, oat flour works alsoIf gluten-free, I recommend King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten-free flour. Please don't substitute any other flour such as almond flour, baking flour, etc.

Vegan Oatmeal Banana Muffins
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl, smash the bananas with a fork or potato mixer. In the same bowl, mix the bananas, almond or oat milk, vegan butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla together.
Then, mix in the oats and flour until a batter forms. Be careful not to over mix!
Pour the batter into 16 lined muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes.

To store, leave in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days!
