  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 2 cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal Brownie Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Mix together almond or oat milk, butter, baking powder, and sugar. Then, add the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
  • Then, mix in the oats. Finally fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into 6 lined muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
