This salad is perfect for the summer! It's light, fresh, and slightly sweet. The walnuts add the perfect amount of crunch for a great summer snack or lunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 4 cup spinach or greens of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Blend blackberries, avocado oil, salt, pepper, agave, and vinegar together. Pour half of the dressing over 2 cups of spinach and ¼ cup of walnuts for a delicious and fresh salad.
