Easy Avocado Coconut Cream Dressing

Avocado

coconut milk

lime, juiced

teaspoon
agave

tablespoon
avocado oil
Instructions
Mango Pineapple Salsa
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and set aside
Easy Avocado Coconut Cream Dressing
Add all of the ingredients together in a deep plastic cup and use an immersion blender to blend together
Prepare Salad
Use any of your favorite greens and add to a salad bowl, top with ½ of the mango salsa and ½ of the avocado cream dressing!
