Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup lettuce or greens of any kind

Mango Salsa

  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced cherry tomato
  • ¼ cup diced fresh mango
  • ¼ cup diced fresh pineapple
  • ½ lime, juiced

Easy Avocado Coconut Cream Dressing

  • ½ Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon agave
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions
 

Mango Pineapple Salsa

  • In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together and set aside

Easy Avocado Coconut Cream Dressing

  • Add all of the ingredients together in a deep plastic cup and use an immersion blender to blend together

Prepare Salad

  • Use any of your favorite greens and add to a salad bowl, top with ½ of the mango salsa and ½ of the avocado cream dressing!
