The cauliflower is not only nutritious, but it’s also filled with fiber to keep you feeling full. The creamy avocado provides the perfect amount of healthy fat to pair with this low carb meal. While oven preheats, mix together honey, sriracha, ketchup, and seasonings.
Toss cauliflower florets into the mixture and spread onto a foil lined baking sheet. You might spray the foil with a little olive oil spray to keep them from sticking.
Bake for about 25 minutes (stir ones halfway) until crispy.
