Easy Vegan Pizza Crust (no yeast) Gluten Free
Preheat the oven to 400
Mix the warm water, melted vegan butter or olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and italian seasonings together. Add the flour and mix until thick dough forms.
Form the dough into a round mound and place directly onto a sheet of parchment paper. Roll it into a ⅓ inch thick slab and brush it with melted vegan butter or olive oil. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven, add your regular or vegan cheese + pizza toppings and return to the oven for a 2-4 minute broil (watch it to ensure it doesn't burn)! Slice and serve.
