This vegan and gluten free pumpkin protein smoothie is creamy, cinnamon spiced, lightly sweet, and absolutely delicious! It tastes like a pumpkin milkshake but it's loaded with healthy fats, plant-based protein, and will keep you feeling full and satisfied!

Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond or oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup use up to 2 tablespoon for a sweeter smoothie
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder use code PBJILLY for 15% off
  • 2 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon almonds (sub any other nuts)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup ice

Q: Can this recipe be made with any non-dairy milk?
A: Yes, you can use any non-dairy milk in this recipe, but my preference is unsweetened oat or almond milk. If you're not dairy-free, you may also use regular cow's milk.
