Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

  • 1 overripe mashed banana
  • 1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder get 15% off with code PBJILLY
  • 2 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon macadamia nuts option to swap for cashews
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint oil or peppermint extract
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond or oat milk

Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake Toppings

  • 2 tablespoon vegan whipped cream
  • peppermint candies
  • dark chocolate shavings or chips

Instructions
 

Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

  • Add the overripe banana, protein powder, cocoa powder macadamia nuts, maple syrup, peppermint, and non-dairy milk to the blender. Blend until creamy.
  • Serve on its own or topped with whipped cream, peppermint candies, or dark chocolate chips or shavings.
