Instructions for Biscoff Banana Bread

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 375. Line your metal loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with non-stick baking spray.
  • Mash your overripe bananas in the bowl using a fork. Add the milk, butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well. Add the flour and mix until a banana bread batter forms.
  • Crush the Biscoff cookies or chop them with a knife. Make sure there are still big chunks of cookie. Sprinkle the Biscoff cookie crumbles into the bowl and fold them into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until the Biscoff banana bread is golden brown around the edges and completely cooked through the center.
  • While the Biscoff Banana Bread bakes, use an electric hand mixer to mix the powdered sugar, butter, and cream cheese together until a cream cheese icing is formed. Drizzle this over the Biscoff Banana Bread once it's done baking and has cooled for a few minutes and enjoy!
